This section of the site contains poems about places that I have lived, visited and been inspired by. Some are written based on memories of a period in my life, some during my stay in the country.

Denmark is special because it is the country I was born in, and although I was young when I left it claims many nostalgic memories. It also has a special place in my heart because it is the home of much of my family. Finally it is special because it is an incredibly beautiful country with a natural environment that fills me with awe.

Bangladesh, which has played, and continues to play such a large part in my life and my poetry, has a section of its own.
